I am middle aged and out of shape. So far I like it! You do breeze through the workout and even enjoy it. I sweat, and then jump in the shower and live my life. I am a bit sore from it. It is way more excersize than I get normally (I rarely push myself to sweat and enjoy it!) If I get in shape then the world will know this machine is a breakthrough! I will try to check back in 2 months, 4 months, etc. Also, I took a good "before" picture so if it works the "after" picture should be convincing. I am finding I have more energy, and although I gained a little weight when I started, I am now losing weight, and my appetite is seeming to level off to where I am eating smaller amounts.
