Jothan has been around the domain industry for a long time. Here's the short version of why theres some credibility to this blog. Experience in DNS management in the early 1990s for a large ISP, operation of multiple ccTLDs, working for the largest gTLD registry operator, and the launch of a successful industry conference. Experience with Intellectual Property and Whois, registrar technical and business operations, and now most recently working with the largest PPC and online advertising company on the internet.
Jothan works for oversee.net in the DomainSponsor subsidiary. DomainSponsor is the leader in Domain Monetization.
It is important to mention that any opinion posted on this blog is Jothan's and not that of his employer.
